General Fellowship:

  • Maximum age: 35 (born on or after September 1, 1991).
  • Must demonstrate professional-level English (CEFR C1). French preferred for some posts.
  • Must not be enrolled in any graduate/doctoral program during the fellowship.
Nexus Fellowship:
  • Applicants must have a degree from an African university, reside in an African country, and hold African citizenship.
  • Same English/French proficiency and age requirements apply as for the general program.


2. Application Timeline & Process
