About Grace & Glory International Schools (GGIS)
Grace & Glory International Schools (GGIS) is a private co-educational institution made up of Day and Boarding sections, offering education from the very early years (daycare/playgroup) through nursery, primary, and secondary levels.
History & Foundation
The school opened on September 20, 1999, beginning in a temporary location in Osogbo, Osun State. By January 2000, it had relocated its college section to its permanent site.
The school was founded by Pastor and Mrs. John Biola Adeniran—retired school principals—with deep concern over young people left idle during prolonged teacher strikes and youths with no clear direction. Encouraged by parents, they launched free coaching sessions and then formalized the school to ensure children had quality education combined with moral and spiritual growth.
Philosophy & Values
GGIS believes that education should address the whole person—body, soul, and spirit. Hence, the school aims for academic, moral, and spiritual excellence.
Students are encouraged to not only learn well academically but also to develop character, integrity, and faith. The founders view each child as having unique design and potential.
