The Crescent International Schools, Ota

The Crescent International Schools is a brainchild (product) of The Crescent Educational Consultants LTD. Registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (Reg. no.468562) as a result of the various calls by Elites within and beyond Sango Otta and environs for a modern school of high standard in Academics and Morals for their children. The Crescent International School was setup in 2005 by The Crescent Educational Consultants LTD in Ogun State Nigeria it commenced operation in September of the same year.

An average person strives to get the best out of anything he/she does. We refer to this as value for money. What differentiates us from other Schools is the fact that we go the extra Mile to give the best in terms of the quality of Education we offer. This has been proven from our records of success in external Exams (WAEC and NECO) since we started which has always been near 100%. In addition to quality teaching, we build and shape good character in our pupils/students.

Our Strength

The school started with only 115 pupils in September 2005 but the population has increased tremedously and staff strength of over 100 comprising of teaching and non-teaching staffs who are well motivated. More students are already collecting forms. All within these years of excellent services. We have standard classrooms, Science laboratories, an Art laboratory, Libraries, Home Economics Center, Introductory Technology lab, Kitchen, Sick bay, Tuck Shop and Boarding Houses for Boys and Girls. We also have three big halls that can contain 500 seater for all occasions at the Primary and 1300 seater at the High school

Management Team

The Crescent International Schools – Primary and High schools have BOARD OF GOVERNORS AND BOARD OF MANAGEMENT. The Governing Board Comprises Of Seasoned Educational Administrators and experienced Educationist headed by Alhaji R.O.A. Hassan, a fellow of ICSA, Accountant and Educational Administrator. He is the Proprietor and Group Chairman.

Other members are ; Mrs. J.F. Ihejirika-Hassan, M.Ed(Mgt), B.A Ed.(Eng), Mrs. S. Bako, M.Ed, B.A., Alhaja R.J. Hassan , B.Sc(Bus. Admin.), Alhaja R.O. Hassan B.A. (Eng).

Curricullum

This is in accordance with the Federal and State Governments’ Educational Policy. To ensure strict compliance, the school engages the services of qualified, experienced, dedicated, efficient and effective Graduate Teachers, who are professionals to provide quality teaching and learning to the Pupils in the Primary and Students in the High School
