Our History

Homaj Schools is one of the earliest private schools established when private schools were few in Ondo State. In actual fact, it was the first private school in Ondo state, established in 1983 by the Akinsemolus. We have three schools in various locations in Ondo Township and one in the state capital, Akure.

Since inception up till date, the school has been growing from strength to strength and flourishes where her contemporary failed to make their marks.

A drive down Homaj schools is worth a thousand words. The beautiful and conducive environment, easily accessible campuses, spacious learning classes, serene atmosphere, recreational center, offer a taste of Homaj’s vibrant and friendly campus. The school is also fenced round with adequate security arrangement in place.

The school always has graduate teachers of great integrity, high moral standards and intellectuals in their various fields (discipline). Teachers have access to teaching aids/ materials, in-service training and our environment is very conducive for teaching and learning with constant Supervision of the teachers.

We offer subjects to students in Arts, Commercial, Sciences and Vocational. Our performances in NECO and WAEC examinations for secondary school from 1999 till date have been very impressive.

The two major religions (Christianity and Islam) are practised in the school with different places of worship for them.

Our products, competing with other students within and outside the country are testimonies to our claim and the internal students still speak for us. OUR STUDENTS ARE REALLY OUR PRIDE!
