ARES International Training Scholarships 2026/2027 – Fully Funded in Belgium
ARES (Academy of Research and Higher Education) invites applicants from eligible developing countries for fully funded advanced training in Belgium—covering specialized degrees and short professional courses.

1. Program Offerings & Duration
- Specialized Bachelor’s Degree: One-year (up to 12 months).

2. Who Is Eligible?
- Citizens permanently residing and working in one of the 31 ARES partner countries (Palestinian nationals are eligible regardless of residence).
- Holders of a degree equivalent to Belgian first-cycle (180 ECTS) for Bachelor programs or second-cycle (300 ECTS) for Master/Continuing Education.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience post-graduation in the applicant’s country.
