KASU Announces Mandatory Physical Screening for Newly Admitted Candidates (2025/2026)
Kaduna State University has directed all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session to undergo a mandatory physical screening and document verification exercise. Successful completion is required to finalize admission and gain official status as a student at the university.

1. Screening Schedule & Venue
⢠The physical screening is scheduled from Tuesday, 9th December to Friday, 19th December 2025.
⢠Daily screening hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
⢠The venue is the 1000âSeat Auditorium at KASU Main Campus, located on TafawaâBalewa Way, Kaduna.
2. What Candidates Must Do Before Arrival
⢠Complete the online preâscreening step via the KASU SAFApply/PostâUTME Portal (upload required documents and print the registration acknowledgement slip).
⢠Bring required certificates and their photocopies for document verification.
⢠Ensure that all credentials â including JAMB admission letter, OâLevel certificates, result slips, birth certificate or age declaration, localâgovernment/indigene certificate, and NIN slip â are ready in original and duplicate copies.
3. Documents Needed for Verification
⢠Printed JAMB Admission Letter and original JAMB result slip.
⢠OâLevel result certificates and a valid scratchâcard for verification.
⢠Photocopies and originals of Primary School Leaving Certificate and Birth Certificate (or sworn age declaration).
⢠Certificate of Local Government of Origin / Indigene Certificate.
⢠PostâUTME registration acknowledgement slip.
⢠National Identification Number (NIN) slip.
