• "School/Employer" means educational institutions seeking services through our platform.
• "Services" means the educational and support services offered by Service Providers.
• "Content" means any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded to our platform.
• "User" means any person or entity that accesses or uses our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Service Provider Accounts: For teachers, tutors, and educational service companies
• School/Employer Accounts: For educational institutions seeking services

4. Services Provided

Nigeria School Services Hub provides a platform that connects Service Providers with Schools/Employers. We are not a party to any agreements between Users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

4.1 Platform Role

We act as an intermediary platform and are not responsible for:

• The quality or outcome of services provided
• User conduct or interactions
• Verification of User credentials or qualifications
• Payment disputes between Users

5. User Obligations

5.1 Service Provider Obligations

Service Providers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Deliver services professionally and competently
• Honor commitments made to Schools/Employers
• Maintain appropriate insurance where required
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 School/Employer Obligations

Schools/Employers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about service requirements
• Pay for services as agreed
• Provide a safe working environment for Service Providers
• Comply with all applicable employment laws

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Circumvent our payment systems
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Service Fees

We may charge platform fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you use paid features.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions when making payments.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion and the specific circumstances of each situation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing other remedies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
